The Yogyakarta Police have delayed the arrest of controversial blue energy creator Joko Suprapto after he fell ill.

The Yogyakarta Police Special Crime Unit head Comr. Teguh Wahono said his team went to Joko's residence in Nganjuk, East Java on Wednesday to arrest him, but canceled the plan when they found out Joko was sick.

"An independent doctor said Joko suffered a heart disease and suggested him rest for three days. We will pick him up after he recovers." he said.

Joko was reported to the police by the University of Muhammadiyah, Yogyakarta, for deceiving the university on an electricity power plant so called Jodi Pati.

The university claims it suffered a loss of Rp 1.3 billion from the deception.

Joko has also claimed to invent an innovation that could change water into fuel so called blue energy. (***)

isn't it just a joke? lol

Hmmm...Is it just me, or does this "falling ill at the time of impending justice" seem to be a page from a former avoider of justice's book?

It seems that whether it's the "leader" of a country ,or, just anybody who has knowingly deceived another for personal selfish betterment, they are cowards when it's time to face logical consequences for their actions.

At least it didn't take 3 decades for the police to show up at 'his' (Joko's)door. Good luck to him. Too bad he wasn't able to have made more responsible choices for which to be accountable.

questionable university? hmm... i think you're right since any experts on the university used to check the fact before earning some project. ;))

Joko has proven his invention is scientifically correct, and even it was admitted by a lecturer of Muhammadiyah University. On the other hand, the University desperately perceived to be tricked. Who is mentally ill?

When a university committed their hard earned huge lumpsum of money to a questionable venture, it is the university itself that is obviously questionable.
