KPPU regulation on merger, acquisition out in October

The Business Competition Supervisory Agency (KPPU) will issue a regulation demanding, listed in the stock market or not, to request permissions from the anti monopoly watchdog for mergers and acquisitions.

The regulation is expected to be launched in October, KPPU member Benny Pasaribu said as quoted by Kompas.com.

“We hope the regulation can be issued immediately so that it can be implemented by October,” he said. (and)
