RI not to recognize Georgia breakaways

Correction: In our story on Indonesia's stance on the recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, published on this page on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, the final paragraph incorrectly mentioned Serbia instead of Kosovo. It should have read "Indonesia was not in a position to recognize Kosovo's independence...". We apologize for the mistake.
