Migrant worker killed by employer in Malaysia

Another migrant worker from Indonesia has been killed by an employer in Malaysia.

Manpower attaché for Indonesian Consulate in Kuala Lumpur, Tegus H. Chayono said officials are waiting for the result of an autopsy on the victim, who had been identified as Siti Fatonah, a 20 year-old.

“We have sent a staff to monitor and take cares her body at the hospital while we finish the paperwork for her insurance policy,” Tegus said as quoted by Antara news agency on Saturday.

According to deputy police chief of Subang Jaya, Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid, Siti’s employer, a Chinese Malaysian man, had been charged for her death and also for murdering his wife.

Aziz said the man quarreled with Siti at about 7 p.m. before he took a knife and cut her throat. His wife tried to contain her husband’s raging anger, but was then attacked and ended up being treated the same like Siti.

The man came to his senses and then cried while carrying his wife on a sofa until the police came, Aziz said.

The incident ignited a great concern in Malaysia, which citizens are often sensitive to racial tensions.(and)

It's time for our Nation to rise and get all the respect. Several thousands year ago, Jewish people got the fate as the Indonesian,they were enslaved and had little rights in Egypt,before they were rescued by God,through prophet Moses. Nearly hundred years ago, The blacks were traded as slaves in the United States,got very bad treatment from their white Master,until God rescued these slaves through President Abraham LIncoln's civil War and Rev. Martin Luther King for their civil rights. Nowadays, we see Jewish people have risen to power and to become the intellectual and wealthy people due to their past experiences being persecuted in Egypt and Europe. The Jewish people have ameliorated themselves to become very educated and rich after their sour experiences.Furthermore, the Blacks,once were slaves,have risen to Power,through,the President-elect. Mr. Barrack H. Obama. At Present, Indonesia has the maids all over the world,and their right are being violated. We can rise to be respectful and Powerful Nation like Jewish and Black only through improving nourselves with higher education and persistency. Good Luck and God always blessing those persecuted poor people as history once revealed.

Malaysian should not have treated us like this. What have never done wrong to them, we supported them past few years. But what we got? I (as a Hindu follower) believe to Karma, what goes around comes around. We'll look further, what and how Malaysia will be?

Sickening behaviour. Malaysian Govt must address this. Malaysians; it is shameful on each one of you to let mis-treatment of vulnerable human beings, continue like this.
