Violent brawl damages Busway station in Manggarai

Car and motorcycle users are advised to be extra cautious when passing Pasar Rumput area in Manggarai, South Jakarta, particularly at dawn as the area is prone to a violent conflict between two areas, the police say.
The city police reported Saturday that another violent brawl occurred at dawn between the citizens of Pasar Rumput and Menteng Tengulun, making the access to and from the area blocked for two long hours.
With bottles and rocks used as weapons, the incident caused heavy damage to infrastructure in the area, including the brand new TransJakarta Busway station. No official amount of losses has been disclosed yet.
The police said the conflict in Pasar Rumput area occurred every year during the holy month Ramadan, especially when citizens had just finished the early Morning Prayer. “The conflict is an annual ritual,” police said.(and)

Seriously, is this a part of ISLAM teaching ??? Wake-up to morning prayer and start to destroy properties and injuring people till dawn ?
