IT -- Dell introduces new Vostro to Indonesian market

Dell has unveiled two new Vostro laptops and desktops designs, expecting them to meet the needs of small businesses, government and educational institutions operating on limited budgets.

The Dell Vostro A860 is a 15.6 inch laptop with HD widescreen LCD with variety of processors and operating systems installed according to budget. It offers integrated network, modem and wireless connectivity and Bluetooth capabilities. The Dell Vostro A840 comes in a smaller size with an 14.1-inch screen.

Its desktop solution, named the Dell Vostro A180, also has optional operating systems and processors according to budget, while its A100 series is said to be the entry level desktop designed for basic business productivity. It comes with an Intel Atom processor and Ubuntu Linux operating system to cut costs.

Available through two channel partners, these new products can also be acquired directly via Dell Indonesia and more than 20 emerging countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
