Protesters run in a circle at the Papuan Legislative Building, Jayapura, on Wednesday, demanding a legal settlement to the murder of Opinus Tabuni. Opinus was killed by a bullet fired when local police officers tried to stop a group pf people raising the West Papuan Morning Star flag during a rally commemorating the United Nations' Indigenous Peoples Day in Wamena on Aug. 9.
