Government revokes travel ban against coal miners

The Justice and Human Rights Ministry has revoked travel ban against 12 coal mining company executives, an official said Thursday.
Basyir Ahmad Barmawi, the Director General of Immigration at the ministry said that the Finance Minister requested the withdrawal on Tuesday.
“I don’t know on what ground they annulled the bans. It’s their authority (to order the revoke), I am only the executor,” he said.
The names of the executives are:
- President commisioner of PT Adaro, Edwin Soerjadjaja,
- Four director of PT Arutmin, Kazuya Tanaka, Endang Ruchjat, Ferry Purbaya Wahyu, and Edy Junianto Sobari, and a guarantor Roslan Perkasa Roslani,
- Six top executives of PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Ari Saptari Hudayah (president director), Kenneth Patrick Farrel (director),), Abdullah Popo Parulian(commisioner), Rathod Nalimkant Amaratlal (president commisioner), dan Hanibal S. Anwar (director), and
- President director of PT Berau Coal, Jeffry Mulyono. (dre)
