JAKARTA: Two burglars broke into a house owned by actress Inneke Koesherawati’s husband, Fahmi Darmawansyah, on Saturday night and stole Rp 20 million (US$2,000) in cash, the police said Monday.

“They only took money,” Adj. Comr. Indri ST., who heads the Taman Suropati police post in Menteng, Central Jakarta, was quoted as saying by okezone.com.

The police said the burglars entered the house from the back and stole the cash from a drawer located on the second floor.

“The window on the second floor was broken. They might have entered the house through it,” Indri said.

The house, which is located on Jl. Imam Bonjol, Menteng, Central Jakarta, is also used as a branch office for Fahmi’s company. His family were out of town when the burglary occurred. — JP
