Letter: Speedy internet services

Since moving to Cisarua, Bogor I have had ongoing problems with my Speedy internet connection. Their technician told me that the problem was my laptop had insufficient memory.
This was difficult to understand, since I had been using the same laptop in several different offices without a problem. I went along with this, but then even with additional memory the problems continued.
The technician came out again and told me that the problem was my modem. He said that my modem, which is a reputable brand, was not good enough and that I should use the type of modem he had brought with him.
I insisted on getting my modem checked out first since to the best of my knowledge, I had bought a reputable brand. The technician at the Telkom office confirmed that there was no problem with our modem.
When I told the Speedy technician, he still insisted that if I used the modem he used, my problems would be solved. After trying the modem he provided, the problems still continued. Then they told me it was my telephone line which they replaced but the problems have persisted.
I have called and emailed Speedy but never have gotten a response and now the technician has also stopped responding. I had repeatedly asked if the Speedy network was the problem and they always denied it.
I would really appreciate if Speedy addressed this problem substantively and "speedily" since I have been waiting since Idul Fitri for them to respond.
