Two Indonesians working in construction died Monday after being caught in a landslide at a construction site in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, tempointeraktif.com reported Tuesday.
Mahmud, 36, and Masri, 36, were buried under the landslide while working in a 3.3-meter-deep hole Monday afternoon.
A Johor Bahru police officer, Mohammad Akhir Ishak, said the bodies of both men were retrieved about two hours after the incident happened.
"Their bodies were taken to the Sultanah Aminah Hospital for autopsy," he said.
The Johor Bahru Fire and Rescue Department reportedly dispatched 10 officers to try to search for and rescue the workers.
