To those, who still don't get it: A dead Amrozi is perhaps a martyr but a living Amrozi is much more dangerous.
Don't think the years in Indonesian prisons made him "miserable, lonely, and forgotten". He was happy for most of that time because he was the king of any prison outside Bali, much admired by other prisoners and feared by the guards.
Worse, like cases in Europe have proven, prison can be fertile recruiting ground for turning common criminals into fanatics and they would have little trouble organizing their crew on the outside.
Had they received life sentences, who knows if in the future they might have gotten leniency or been pardoned. They might have escaped.
If they were still alive, I wouldn't be surprised if they had gotten out sooner than Schapelle Corby, or had lived longer than the Bali 9. Since they have died, we can be sure they won't get away.

Well, another 3 people get their dues.We all understand that the world is a crazy place today, and crazy people are aplenty. The only way to eradicate this extremism is through education and tolerance. However having said that, the Government of Indonesia, and their Corrupt officials who are not educated but just selfish, not thinking of nation building, should join these 3 people on their journey in the life thereafter, and only then will Indonesia really be free.350 years of Dutch dominance brought nothing, either has the so called "merdeka" since 1945. Politician, religious leaders and the country's leaders must wake up and change

I have to agree.
No matter who these people are and what power they have it's gone now. OK a few fools will see them as fighters for Islam gone to sit with Allah.
My own opinion and hope is that the most forgiving didn't do so in this case and they are rotting in hell.
202 people dead and untold damage to Indonesia and Islam.
