House resumes session on Monday

After a month recess, members of the House of Representatives are scheduled to reconvene on Monday to resume their workload, including the deliberation of contentious bills.
Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, chairman of the United Development Faction, said Sunday evening that among the bills were the Judicial Commission bill, the Constitutional Court bill and the Corruption Court bill.
“We scheduled to open plenary House meeting on Monday, but bills discussion may beging next week, because we have to arrange the schedules,” he said as quoted by Tempointeraktif.com
The plenary House meeting on will hear an opening speech by House Speaker Agung Laksono and proposals from legislators. (dre)
