JAKARTA: Nearly 100 local small and medium enterprises and local administrations from different parts of Indonesia showcased their local-made accessories at the Mutumanikam Nusantara Exhibition held at the Jakarta Convention Center on Dec. 18-21.
Visitors may find Balinese silver, Kalimantan stone jewelry and Central Java palace-inspired designs.
The selections range from traditional wedding accessories to modern spiral earrings. Prices range depending on the materials used -- from gold, wood and precious stones to pearls and coral.
For keen learners, books on jewelry and how to make it are also on display. -- JP
