Hundreds of Muslim students rallied outside the McDonald's fast food outlet on Jl. HZ Mustofa in Tasikmalaya, West Java, on Thursday, protesting against U.S. support for Israel's bloody air strikes on the Hamas group in the Gaza strip.

At the rally, students of various Islamic boarding schools in Tasikmalaya called on the local community to boycott U.S. products including McDonald's food.

The protesters also called on the Indonesian government to send humanitarian assistance to Gaza quickly.

"We will conduct raids targeting American products in Tasikmalaya if the government does not meet our demands," rally coordinator Dudu Durahman said as quoted by Antara newswire.

Indonesia itself has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the US since 1965.

Hamas broke the truce with 75 to 150 rocket barrages a day after the truce. All Israel did was wait it out and finally after 6 days of rocket barrages from Hamas in Gaza, Israel decided to hit the Hamas hard.

Not all Palestinian people are Muslims. Many Christians live there too. Do not think that all Palestinian people are Muslim.
