A 10-year-old, Yolanda Mandoafi, is the latest casualty of the 7.6-magnitude quake that hit Manokwari early Sunday morning.
According to West Papua deputy police chief Riadi Koni, Mandoafi's remains were found underneath the rubble of a collapsed wall.
He told Antara news agency the remains had been handed over to Yolanda's relatives.
Two other severely injured victims are Eka Setyawati, 25, and Mariati, 47, both of whom are undergoing treatment at Manokwari Regional Hospital, he added.
Koni further said two other victims who had been trapped underneath the destroyed Hotel Mutiara had already been pulled out of the rubble and taken to the hospital. (amr)
