Bali to host international yoga festival

JAKARTA: Bali has invited hundreds of yoga instructors to train participants at an international yoga festival next month, state news agency Antara reports.
Bali-India Foundation chairman Shamvir said Monday that organizers would hold the festival from March 3-10 and center all activities at the People's Struggle Monument in the Niti Randala Renon area of Denpasar.
"We're adopting the theme *Yoga for Health and Peace' for the event, and will feature many instructors giving courses for the public," he said.
He added the festival would also feature seminars to discuss yoga-related matters and exchange information on the exercises. -JP
