Yudhoyono to meet Thai PM

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is scheduled to meet with the recently elected Prime Minister of Thailand Abhisit Vejjajiva at the State Palace in Jakarta on Friday afternoon.
A State Palace press release stated that meeting would begin with an official greeting from Yudhoyono. In the meeting, the minister and Yudhoyono will discuss important issues on bilateral ties and international relationships.
Preparation for next week’s ASEAN Summit in Thailand will also be discussed. Vejjajiva will also attend a dinner at the presidential palace on Friday night.
According to an earlier announcement, the prime minister will be accompanied by a delegation of 34 people on his two day visit. (dre)
