During the rally, Kalla invited
one of the thousands of Golkar supporters up to the stage - and Sutarso went
up.
"What do you do?" Kalla asked Sutarso.
"I am a traveling meatball seller," Sutarso replied, adding that he was
from Java.
Sutarso told Kalla that he and his family had always voted for Golkar in past
elections because of the party's long experience in government.
Kalla then told the audience, "All of you, buy Sutarso's meatballs! If you
want to buy meatballs, just look for him -- Sutarso's meatballs!"
"Buy Sutarso's meatballs because he votes for the Golkar Party!"
