Presidential election voter revalidation to conclude by April 28

The process of revalidating eligible voters for the upcoming presidential election will be concluded by April 28, the General Election Commission (KPU) says.KPU's member Andi Nurpati said in Jakarta on Friday that the commission would start revalidating the voters on April and instructing all of its neighborhood units to be active in the process.
“For the presidential election, we will not disburse voter cards. All voters may just show their identity cards (KTP) while ensuring their names have already been on the lists,” she said. (nia)
She also advised those who had not been registered as eligible voters for the Thursday legislative elections to register at the nearest neighborhood unit. (nia)
