Indofood to offer bonds worth $95m in June

The world's largest noodle maker PT Indofood Sukses Makmur will offer bonds worth Rp 1 trillion (US$95 million) to the market from June 11 until June 15.

A statement from the company says the bonds, which have a maturity period of five years, will be offered with fixed interest rates that will be paid every three months.

The company will use 98.6 percent of the proceeds to refinance its debts, that will mature next July, and the remainder of the proceeds will be allocated for capital funds.

The bonds have been ranked AA from Indonesia rating agency (PEFINDO).

The company has appointed PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT ING Securities Indonesia, PT Kim Eng Securities and PT OSK Nusadana Securities Indonesia as underwriters in the bond issuance.
