AKARTA: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said Monday it is ready to begin verifying the wealth reports of the three presidential candidates.
"There will be three teams, each with five officials, which will be sent to verify the wealth reports of each candidate at their home tomorrow *Tuesday*," KPK deputy chairman Haryono Umar said.
The teams will visit Vice President Jusuf Kalla's residence in Diponegoro at 9 a.m., followed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's property in Cikeas and finally Megawati Soekarnoputri's home in Teuku Umar at 10 a.m.
Haryono said so far the commission had only received wealth reports from SBY's running mate Boediono, with Wiranto and Prabowo not yet submitting theirs to the antigraft body.
