Traditional food in food festival at Senayan

JAKARTA: Food lovers will have chance to satisfy their taste buds during a Bango Food Festival, which will be held on May 23-24 at the southern plaza of Bung Karno Sports Stadium, the organizers said Monday.

More than 50 traditional food sellers will offer their specialties in the event.

It will be held from 12 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The festival will also feature some musical and traditional dance performances aside from quizzes and games for the visitors.

The festival is an annual event, which has been held since 2005. - JP
