A South Korean newspaper report says U.S. spy satellites have detected signs that North Korea has restarted its nuclear plant.
South Korea's mass-circulation Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported Wednesday that U.S. spy satellites have detected steam coming from a reprocessing facility at its main Yongbyon nuclear plant. The paper cited an unnamed South Korean government source.
The report came two days after the North carried out an underground nuclear test.
North Korea previously had said it was restarting the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel rods to harvest weapons-grade plutonium at the Yongbyon plant in protest over international criticism of its April 5 rocket launch. But it was unclear if the North had actually begun the reprocessing work.

for me personally, i think that North Korea should never restart doing the nuclear test since it could threaten the country near North Korea. even if they thought that it is good fot their country but they also should respect the other country which could be in danger. as i knew, there is an agreemnet that said every county could not make a nuclear weapon thus i thought North Korea should respect and obay it.

U.S have a great detect. They are professional. Well to guard their country, was the right way to do. But with having a test or experiment with nuclear plant, aren't that smart of choice. Because it could destroy the environment and the society.
