JAKARTA: Eko Setiono, an outsourced worker, died Friday after falling from the sixth floor of the Communications and Information Ministry office on Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta.
The accident occurred at around 5 p.m. when the 27-year-old was repairing an air conditioner, vivanews.com reported.
He died on the way to Tarakan Hospital, said ministry spokesman Gatot S. Dewabroto.
"He was still alive when we were about to take him to hospital, but he died in the ambulance," Gatot said. -JP
