AKARTA: A former employee of PT Pos Indonesia has sued the state postal company for allegedly cutting employee salaries to help finance the Golkar party from 1988 to 1994 and is asking the firm to pay him Rp 1 trillion (US$100 million) in compensation.
Kompas.com reported Sunday that Sumargono, 52, claims his salary was slashed by PT Pos on various occasions, including a Rp 2,400 cut in 1994, to finance Golkar.
