The National Police questioned the secretary of the state enterprises ministry, Said Didu, on Tuesday in relation to the involvement of several state officials in presidential campaign teams, tempointeraktif.com reports.
Said said officers from the criminal investigation unit had asked him to clarify the role of nine officials, who were allegedly members of various campaign teams.
“They asked me whether or not these people are officials at state companies,” Said said.
Not all those in question were commissioners for state companies, citing Raden Pardede, who is no longer active at PT Asset Management Company (PPA), he said.
Said, however, refused to divulge the identities of the other people in question or what candidates they had allegedly been campaigning for. (ewd)
