Bakrie appoints new CEO

The annual Bakrie & Brothers shareholders' meeting Tuesday approved the appointment of Bobby Gafur S. Umar as the company's new chief executive officer, replacing Michael E. Lucente.Tuesday's meeting also retained Nalinkant A. Rathod as the company's president director.
Bobby was previously the company’s deputy chief commissioner.
Lucente has been appointed the new chief investment officer.
The meeting also named Eddy Soeparno the new finance director, replacing Yuanita Rohali.
