Gang fight destroys home, vehicles in Gorontalo

JAKARTA: A gang fight that broke out on early Tuesday morning in Gorontalo, Kota Timur, led to fires that destroyed a house, a motorcycle and a car.
Imran, a witness said that at around 2 a.m. dozens of men riding motorcycles and brandishing swords arrived at the house, which was located near a Al-Adha II Mosque in the South Heledulaa sub district.
"A fight broke and there were shouts to burn the car and the house," he said, as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.
The fire destroyed the house.
Police are still guarding the house, which reportedly belongs to a top official from the Gorontalo administration. - JP
