Inovisi lists shares in IDX

Local mobile IT infrastructure provider Inovisi Infracom officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday.The company offered 34.78 percent of its shares to the public from June 24 to 26 at Rp 125 a share.
Inovisi corporate secretary, Benita Sofia, said Friday the company managed to secure Rp 40 billion in sales and that the shares were in high demand.
The company will use 85 percent of the proceeds of the sales for investment in telco infrastructure, while the remaining funds will be set aside for working capital funds.
With the listing of Inovisi, the number of companies listed in the bourse has reached 398 companies.
