DENPASAR: Denpasar's municipality office organized a special workshop for pemangku, low Hindu priests, and srati, makers of offerings, in an attempt to answer the dynamic conditions of the Hindu community in Bali.
Deputy Mayor IGN Jayanegara said the four-day workshops involved around 70 priests and dozens of srati.
During the workshops, participants delved more into Hindu ancient texts to be adapted to the present day. - JP
