Bogor city administration will begin a maintenance project aimed at repairing a total of 10.5 kilometers of roads, only a fraction of the total length of damaged roads in the city.
Fahmi Hakim, chief of road, bridge and drainage maintenance at the city's public works agency, admitted that the project would only repair “a very short” length of damaged roads.
“We were only given with Rp 10.5 billion for the project. We are making do with what we have,” he said as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.
The project will repair a small number of a total of 22 streets that the city has listed need repairs. (dre)
