Journalist's murder case transferred to prosecutor

DENPASAR: Police handed over the dossiers of nine suspects in the murder of Radar Bali journalist A.A Narendra Prabangsa to the Bali Prosecutor's Office on Sept. 16.
The dossiers contain the results of the investigation carried out by the investigating officers of the suspects, including the alleged mastermind of the murder, I Nyoman Susrama, the younger brother of Bangli regent, I Nengah Arnawa.
"The dossiers have been completed and include the articles in the Penal Code's that had been violated by the suspects.
"The articles range from harboring a criminal suspect to premeditated murder," said Bali Police's Criminal Investigation Division chief Sr. Comr. Wilmar Marpaung.
Along with the dossiers, the police also officially transferred the suspects into the prosecutor's custody. - JP
