A team of five, formed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to seek names to fill the vacant post at the anti-graft body, will meet for the first time on Thursday.

A member of team, lawyer Todung Mulya Lubis, told kompas.com that the meeting, to be held at the office of Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs in Jakarta, was to begin at 10 a.m.

Todung said, however, that he was unable to give further details on the meeting.

The team was formed through a decree issued by Yudhoyono in the last few minutes before his departure to the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, the United States, on Wednesday morning.

The other member of the team are the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Widodo Adi Sucipto, presidential advisor, Adnan Buyung Nasution, Justice and Human Rights Minister Andi Matalatta, and former KPK chairman Taufiequrrahman Ruki.

The team is to shortlist candidates who would fill the posts left vacant by KPK chief Antasari Azhar and deputy chiefs Chandra M. Hamzah and Bibit Samad Riyanto , following their alleged implication in a criminal case.
