Glenn `traumatized' by tabloid spotlight
JAKARTA: Some celebrities love to stay in the spotlight of the tabloid media - anything to help keep their faces out there. ,

The singer, whose divorce from pop star Dewi Sandra was finalized a few weeks ago, says the tabloid media has done nothing but harm to his personal life.
"To be honest, I'm traumatized by the media," says the 34-year-old Ambonese balladeer. "They're so into this unimportant job of taking care of other people's business."
No prizes for guessing that what Glenn is referring to is the massive news coverage of his personal life, especially his relationship with Dewi, whom he married in 2006.
"My divorce from Dewi is so not important *for the public*," he says. "But the tabloids always want to know about it; they just keep on getting involved in my personal business."
But Glenn is currently working on a way to get over the trauma caused by the media spotlight.
"Slowly, I'm trying to convert the trauma into respect *of the media*," he says. "Hopefully, then the trauma will go away." - JP
