The House of Representatives special commission will finalize the Corruption Court Bill on Monday as it plans to endorse the bill on Tuesday.
Head of the commission, Arbab Paproeka, said there would be a meeting later on Monday to discuss one contentious issue on the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) prosecution authority.
"We need to harmonize the Bill with other Laws regarding this issue," he said.
There is a concern that the Bill will revoke the KPK authority to prosecute corruptors and return it to the Attorney General Office (AGO). Anti-corruption activists claim such a move would only weaken the KPK.
