Ministerial candidates to take health tests

A- A A+

State Secretary Hatta Radjasa has said that ministerial candidates must undergo health tests before being appointed as ministers in the next Cabinet elected by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

Hatta said Tuesday the candidates would undergo the tests on Oct. 18 and 19 at the RSPAD army building on Jl. Gatot Subroto in South Jakarta.

Yudhoyono has issued the requirement for all candidates to have a health checkup prior to their interviews, kompas.com reported.

Yudhoyono is set to propose the first 100-days and five-year programs in the “Indonesia Bersatu” or United Indonesia cabinet chapter II. (ewd)
