Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairman Mohamad Suleman Hidayat will likely be the industry minister in the next Cabinet.
“I was asked to be part of the economic team particularly in regard to industry and trade,” Hidayat told reporters.
Hidayat is a Golkar executive, who was put forward to become a minister by newly elected Golkar chairman Aburizal Bakrie.
