Surabaya to recruit new civil servants

SURABAYA: The Surabaya municipal administration will start the recruitment process for new civil servants next Monday, a local executive said Thursday.

The head of the Surabaya Civil Service Board, Yayuk Eko Agustin, said enrollment would start on Oct. 26 and close on Nov. 9.

The examination for applicants will be held on Nov. 21, with the results to be announced on Nov. 28.

Yayuk said that the municipal administration was looking for 268 health officers, 258 education officers and 51 technical staffers. - JP
