Daniel Daen, the alleged executor in the murder case of former PT Putra Rajawali Banjaran  director Nasrudin Zulkarnaen failed to testify at the Tangerang District court on Monday for suffering from distress, doctor said.

Presiding judge M. Asnun who earlier accused the defendant of stalling the trial by reasoning he was sick finally delayed the hearing until next Monday..

Dedi, a Tangerang Male Penitentiary doctor who examined the defendant confirmed that Daniel had suffered disturbances in his digestion because he frequently ate late.

“His blood pressure also rose because of distress. Although he could still follow the hearing, he would likely collapse when giving testimony in such a condition” the doctor told the hearing.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Fauzan said that prosecutors will present former Tangerang and south Jakarta police chief Sr. Comr. Wiliardi Wizard and Jerry Hermawan Law to testify for defendant Eduardus Mbete Ndopo in the next hearings.

Eduardus reportedly received orders to recruit men and kill Nasrudin from Wiliardi through Jerry Hermawan Law..

Wiliardi and Jerry are facing trial at the South Jakarta District court along with former chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Antasari Azhar and media mogul Sigit Haryo Wibisono for their alleged roles in plotting the murder.

Besides Daniel, four other suspects being tried at Tangerang District courts are Henrikus Kia Walen., Herry Santosa, Fransiskus Tadin Keran and Eduardus Ndopo Mbete.
