JAKARTA: Cakung Police on Sunday arrested a suspect, Arifin (aka "Andre"), 26, for allegedly killing his wife, Wiwid Widiawati, with a glass.
The suspect, who was at large for two days after committing the offense, was apprehended by police in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, West Java.
A statement from the City Police information division said the suspect told investigators he had killed his wife after a quarrel with her. He had apparently become angry she asked for him money to pay the rent (Rp 200,000) on his return from work. -JP
