The Jakarta Post’s board of directors (starting from sixth left to ninth left, second row) Jusuf Wanandi (wearing a hat), Sabam Siagian, Fikri Jufri and Daniel Rembeth pose with the Ambassadors’ soccer team and members of the Post team during a friendly match in Jakarta, on Saturday. Turkish Ambassador Aydin Evirgen (fifth left, second row), French Ambassador Phillippe Zeller (center, standing in between Sabam and Fikri) and Bosnian Ambassador Tarik Bukvic (left, back row) and Azerbaijan Embassy’s deputy head of mission Matin Mirza (fourth left) were the stars of the Ambassadors’ team, while the Post’s chief editor Endy M. Bayuni (third right, sitting) and IT manager Ridhwan Ilhamsyah (third right, second row) showed their stamina and skills. Diplomats from Turkey, Palestine, Egypt and Australia also played in the match. The ambassadors team was leading 3-1 just before the end of the match, but the Post worked extra hard to level the score to 3-3 during the last five minutes. Everybody was happy about the outcome.
