Christian off from acting, for now

JAKARTA: After acting for a hectic two years, Christian Sugiono has decided to take a break and focus on his IT company.
“I just want to breathe for a while,” says the 27 year old. “Currently, I’m focusing on my [other] job in multimedia.”
“My plan is to focus on this job until 2010,” he adds.
According to the actress Titi Kamal’s husband, he and his friend set up the business five years ago, focusing on online media and audio-visual products.
Earlier this January, Christian announced their IT company had just secured a business license and started to recruit employees.
“I studied IT [in Germany],” the half-German actor said, as quoted by Indonesiaselebriti newsportal.
“My company works in two areas — online media and audio-visual, so my knowledge in IT and computers comes in handy [for this business].”
Now working from nine to five, Christian says a He cherishes his new working hours, as he used to work until 3 a.m. when shooting scenes. Now he will have more time to spend with Titi.
“Now, I will only come home if Titi is already there,” he says. “I don’t want to go home to an empty house,” he laughs. — JP
