SMS: Conspiracy against the KPK?

Your comments on the alleged conspiracy against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), revealed in a voice recording played at a hearing at the Constitutional Court on Tuesday.

I think the KPK is right, and we can find the truth.

Three cheers for people-power and none for smiley-faced "the-buck-stops-anywhere-but-here" old SBY, and his anticorruption rhetoric. No one is supposed to be above the law, but all those involved from the police, the AGO and hired thugs believe they are the law.

That is part of the problem. It's a pity so many politicians, police and businesspeople are, to put it bluntly, treacherous.

Shame on you. If people are coming out onto the street to protest, then that is great news for democracy here.

Viva Cicak! Viva Cicak! Viva Cicak!.

I use Cicak here both in its original meaning, where cicak means gecko, depicted recently as being devoured by a monstrous and wicked crocodile, and in its new meaning, where Cicak is an acronym for, Cinta Indonesia, Cinta KPK (love Indonesia, love the KPK).

Well, in spite of the National Police chief prohibiting the use of the phrase (Cicak vs Buaya), for me we have past the point of no return. Once it is voiced, it is voiced forever.

So once again, Viva Cicak! Viva Cicak!

Go to hell, all of you ugly crocodiles!

At last, a victory for common sense - and a recognition of mounting adverse public opinion. We must stop jailing suspects who are not a threat to the community and can be readily prevented from "disappearing" by a combination of a bail surety, periodic reporting to police, surrender of passport and other such sanctions.

Time to rethink the current approach.

Thank you KPK, for keeping the anticorruption fight alive. You will win. The Cicak is eating the Buaya! And today will be remembered as a great day in the history of Indonesian justice.

The floodgates of accountability have been opened, once and for all. The ability of law enforcers to protect corruptors and persecute people who defend justice is crumbling. One question though: Why are the National Police chief and the attorney general still employed?

This could also be a hidden intervention of foreign intelligence.

This country is so big and has huge amounts of resources. The geographical position is between two oceans and two continents. If this country keeps on developing, it could be a threat to neighbors or even to the world because most of its population is Muslims.

So they are trying to keep it this country weak.

It is no wonder that the House of Representatives does not support the KPK. Most of the legislative members are corrupt and are a afraid the KPK will show their real skin.

I am really disappointed.
