Police set up Antasari's arrest: Wiliardi

Defendant and police officer Wiliardi Wizard said Tuesday police had devised
a plot to arrest former chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)
Antasari Azhar for the murder of the director of state-owned PT Putra Rajawali
Banjaran, Nasruddin Zulkarnaen.
During a hearing at South Jakarta District Court, Wiliardi said investigators
had prepared his dossier so they could bring Antasari to court as the defendant
in the case.
“The dossier containing my testimony was actually arranged by the police. I
agreed with the content of the dossier after some of the high-ranking police
officers approached me,” Wiliardi said as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.
“I swear in the name of Allah the officers were there. They told me the only
target in the case was Antasari,” he said.
Later, he added, investigators had shown him the dossier of another defendant,
Sigid Haryo Wibisono.
On the sideline of the hearing, Antasari expressed relief that the truth was
gradually being uncovered.
The police have accused Antasari of masterminding the killing of Nasruddin in
