Vandals hit bus shelters

The police are investigating the vandalism of four Transjakarta shelters in Corridor 8 in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, which occurred dawn Thursday.
“We are still investigating whether this is a shooting or another act. At the crime site, we didn't find a gun projectile, only pellets,” Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Boy Rafli Amar said Thursday.
A security officer at a shelter near education institution Assidiqqiyah reported to the police he had seen a minivan pass the shelter around the time of the attack.
The Transjakarta Busway Management Body (BLU) spokeswoman Yuliani Esta said she received a report saying that the four shelters’ glass panels had been broken.
