UK police arrest 4 men in terror raids

British police say they have arrested four men in anti-terror raids in northern England.

Greater Manchester police said the men were arrested early Monday morning under Britain's anti-terrorism laws.

Police say no armed officers were involved in the operation and the men have not yet been charged.

Searches are being carried out at three properties in Manchester and one in Bolton, 200 miles (320 kilometers) northwest of London.
