Striker Budi Sudarsono was left unmarked as he fired a volley past the Kuwaiti goalkeeper to finish a fast break in the stoppage time.
Indonesia lost to the same Middle East opponent in Kuwait City 1-2 after taking a 1-0 lead in the first half last week.
