JAKARTA: The final night of judging for the 2009 West Jakarta Koko and Cici beauty pageant will be held this Thursday at the Lindeteves Trade Center in West Jakarta, with 32 Chinese-Indonesian youths taking part in the event.
The finalists have been chosen from more than 300 contestants and will compete to be this year's Koko and Cici - the local chinese vernacular for brother and sister.
They are currently living seperately from each other while being trained in the subjects of tourism, government and etiquette.
Head of the municipality's tourism sub-agency Witarsa Tambunan said the winners would help the municipality authorities promote West Jakarta's tourist destinations, beritajakarta.com reported. - JP
