Reading about the deportation of the Greenpeace activists, I am disappointed about the reaction of the authorities against these committed people, full of hope, confidence and idealism in these challenging times in which we live.
They have the courage to point the finger at our global conscience, at the right time, with the right and brief message, about one of the so many mishandled places of our home planet! We have to be grateful for this type of activities these people are doing - at least it is for everybody, whether they are aware or unaware of it.
These men are indeed pioneers and, in one way, heroes, because they are trying to take care and express the very important and necessary responsibility that every member of the human race should shoulder, but only a minority of us are willing to accept.
We are all sitting in one boat, no matter which country or to which race or religion we belong, we are indeed all members of the human family on this planet and we have to act now with more conscience than before, otherwise this whole planet - our "boat" - will drift off course.
Leaders of nations have a greater responsibility, due to the fact that they cannot say "I didn't know, sorry!" All of them are well-informed, but unfortunately most of them are too selfish to act now, spontaneously, to help, so that the disturbed harmony of this planet between the interests of the human race and nature comes back into balance.
They are all so shortsighted, for several reasons and not really willing to understand that time is running out, and soon, if human behavior does not change now. Making a difference to later generations and acting responsibly and with heartfelt conscience to demonstrate our goodwill, to take real care of the planet before it is too late - this is the message of today, our time, the present time.
This is the time to take back the responsibility we once gave away to other parties, rather than go on in our lifelong sleep, hoping that the leaders are doing well and taking care of things, but unfortunately this was and is a major delusion of the reality.
So let's do our very best and take care of the course of our common "ship", our home planet, now!
Let's do it better and don't deport people who are acting in a selfless way and in the interests of the whole life community here on Earth. No matter if we belong to the unaware, the still-dreaming group, I can say, it's never too late to wake up and to do what anyone of us is able to do for the restoration of a more balanced world.
